For the Rwandan computer science student Sibomana Silver, Fredrik Tescke, M.Sc., gave a 2-day training course on web development.
After a short theoretical introduction, the main focus was on imparting practical knowledge.
This enabled Sibomana to independently create websites for the Rwandan market and to drive projects forward.
